Simon's story
Meet Simon, a sweet boy with a difficult past.
Simon came to us in rough shape. He was terrified and because of this, he would often lash out. It was quickly discovered that Simon had an injury to his back legs, affecting his tendons, that was caused by abuse from a previous life.
It took some time but Simon eventually warmed up to us and became a sweet, loving boy.
Due to his past, Simon is slow to trust and needs someone who's willing to take it slow and understand his personality.
His leg injury has caused him to hop like a bunny but he doesn't let it slow him down! Simon will run, play, and climb like a normal cat.
Simon would not be a good cat for a family with young children and he would prefer a home with no other cats but would do fine with a cat who gives him his space. We do not know how Simon will do with dogs.
If you're willing to put in the time, you will see that Simon is a great boy with an amazing personality and lots of love to give!
